It is out in the middle of nowhere, about 15 miles southwest of Waco, TX.
Your cell phone / navigating system may not work there!
Please take the following advice to make your life a bit easier:
1. Be sure to print out directions beforehand!!!
2. Do NOT rely on your phone to be able to work out there.
3. Follow the directions below - not Google Maps directions.
These are much easier!
4. Also, keep an eye out for the signs placed by the road
to help guide you to the ranch!

Driving Directions
From Dallas:
IH 35 to University Parks Drive in Waco, exit East
Remain on University Parks Drive approximately 16.1 miles. This will change to FM 434, FM 3400 and again to FM 434.
Pass CR 4044 on the left and continue around the bend approximately 1/4 mile to CR 4039.
Take a left onto CR 4039 and follow the bend in the road. There will be a post office on your left. Follow the road to the right.
Continue straight on CR 4039/CR417 approximately 1.9 miles until you see palm trees and the Moon River Ranch Hay Barn.
From Austin:
IH 35 North to Exit Highway 7 at Eddy. Turn right (approximately 12 miles)
Travel through Chilton 1/2 mile to FM 434 and turn left.
Proceed to approximately 2 miles to CR 417 and take a right.
Go approximately 3.5 miles and deadend into Moon River Ranch.
Continue straight on CR 4039/CR417 approximately 1.9 miles until you see palm trees and the Moon River Ranch Hay Barn.
From Houston:
Take US-290 W for 44 miles
Exit onto TX-6 N toward College Station/Bryan for 48.3 miles
Continue onto TX-6 N/US-190 W for 18.9 miles
Continue onto TX-6 N/S Market St for 33.2 miles
Take the TX-6 BUS exit toward Marlin for 0.3 miles
Merge onto TX-6 Business N for 3.2 miles
Turn left onto TX-7 W/Bridge St.
Continue to follow TX-7 W for 4.6 miles
Keep right to stay on TX-7 W
Turn right on County Rd 416 N for 1.1 miles (if you miss this turn, just continue a little over 1 mile more, and then turn right on country rd 434)
County Rd 416 turns into County rd 434. Continue for approximately 2 miles to CR 417 and take a right.
Go approximately 3.5 miles and dead end into Moon River Ranch.
Continue straight on CR 4039/CR417 approximately 1.9 miles until you see palm trees and the Moon River Ranch Hay Barn.
